Sainsbury's Saver centre shopping haul

Hello everyone, 

Took a shopping trip to the Sainsbury's Saver centre yesterday and we'll quite frankly spent a lot of time in the Autumn / Winter clothes section well here's what I chose and then had to choose between these three below: 

Cream / white tasseled jumper - £20/22

Red and Green tasseled jumper - £20/22

Saw these cool boots! 

Black boots - £30 

Well this is the jumper that I chose in the end!

WISH LIST TWO - AUTUMN / WINTER 2015

Hello everyone, 

Well as today is Thursday 19th November 2015 I thought that I'd do a second Wishlist.

 I only have college half day today, I came home as normal and got in 15 mins before my brother finishes the school day and comes home for the day. Later in the afternoon mum asks if I would want to go late night shopping so I was up for it so I met her there. 

Anyway I feel like I'm waffling a little so while we were in M&S looking at the shoes I spotted these and thought this would make a good second Wishlist blog post, so here you go!:  Both are M&S.

Red shoes - (unidentified price - I forgot to look sorry, but I imagine they are around the same price as the others as they are literally the next isle)

Brown leather furry shoes - £ 45

WISHLIST - AUTUMN / WINTER 2015

Hello everyone, 

Today's Wednesday 18th November 2015 and I haven't written on here in a while so I thought I'd do a Wishlist, as the title of this post implies. 

As I'm currently writing this post I'm still at college wrapping up for the day and finishing the last bit of work to be handed in by this evening so without boring you to death with my long day explanation, here they are: 

I'd firstly like to state that this picture is a cropped Instagram picture by @darleneraws, I'm taking no credit for this picture. 

I really liked the outfit pictured above and think it would be something that I'd definitely wear as casuals or to a party (not that I go to many!) Plus I absolutely LOVE Converse sneakers. 

This is something that came up on my Facebook news feed and I'd love to try it! 

I also love white chocolate! *Great now I'm craving chocolate!......  ffs*

FRIDAY NIGHT CURRY

Hello everyone, 

Well tonight I thought I would share a little family 'tradition' with you all, as the title says: Friday Night Curry. So most Friday's, sometimes Saturday's, my dad buys the ingredients needed for the curry and then sometimes I help cook it or he stands by and instructs me on what to do. 

But hold on.. 

(Now I don't want this to sound like he cooks it all the time because that's not true, sometimes, like stated above I help cook or I cook so I learn how to cook it to the high standard that dad cooks it to and sometimes, it may be a rare occurrence but my mum cooks it too! The 'tradition' came from my mum first of all while she shared a place with a couple of people she knew.)

MONDAY 26TH OCTOBER 2015 - JAMES BOND: SPECTRE

Well the NEW James Bond film SPECTRE is coming out today and is was a total surprise that I had expected to be cooking the family diner today and instead I am going to see Spectre! 

*Wooooohoooo! Fist pump the air Queen style*

THURSDAY 15TH OCTOBER AND RECENT PURCHASES (PT. 3)

Hello everyone, 

A couple of days ago, in the evening, parents and I were in our nearrest Tesco doing a bit of shopping. It had occurred to me that I wanted to do a post on recent purchases and I also thought that I need to stock up on a few pairs of cosy socks so naturally I made my way over to the sock section and saw these! 

Thermals! Who doesn't need a few pairs of these in the colder, rainier months! 

1. The purple / pink and black ones are £5 (non - thermal)

2. The white and black woollen pairs are £6 (thermal with wool)

3. The purple and black "knitted"pairs are £5 (thermal)

Well while I was in the clothing section I just had to pick up an over-shirt, for those of you who know me I'm almost at an habit of having one every time I'm out shopping (however, I do refrain from buying them), in fact my first instinct is to head straight to the shops that I know have the cosy and soft ones! here's the one that I have recently added to the collection. Well I say collection... more like 5.

RECENT PURCHASES (PT. 2)

Hello everyone, 

Just a couple of things today when I took a trip into town and only had time for a look around one store before they closed for the day.  I can only apologise for the horriffic quality of these pictures they are spare of the moment ones I have been a little pushed for time over the past week or so. 

Here's what I bought in that time:

On the way home had to have a boost of caffeine so picked up a Caramel Macchiato, one of my fave on-the-go drinks!

SATURDAY 3RD OCTOBER! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

Hello everyone, 

Here's just a small snapshot of my day today... my lunch.

My yummy lunch today while taking a break from doing a bit of shopping. 

BLT sandwiches one of my all time faves,

 tropical vitamin c boost smoothie, 

and a small slice of coffee and walnut cake. 

Brother's lovely chocolate cake, although he's not much of a white chocolate fan. (Well that's mine!)

Mum's lovely tea... can't remember the name of it though?? 

 Trip to Costa after a little more shopping in town today. A lovely- ish watermelon 🍉 and strawberry 🍓 ice drink! (... Smoothie! ...)

 

Yummy! Kebab for dinner tonight! The best!

ONE OF MY FAVOURITE SWEETS

Hello everyone, 

Well tonight I'm sitting down on my laptop browsing the web like one does, drinking a warm sweet cup of tea and I find myself needing something sweet so what do I naturally do? I go out into the kitchen raiding the cupboards and the bread-bin looking for something sweet and what do I find .... the answer, an opened pack of Werther's Originals! This had been a huge part of my sweets tops when I was younger, I remember that my mum, mostly, and other relatives used to buy these for my Granddad so I always had "a few" while I was at his! (I love these so much! Where have they been since then?) 

I can safely say that this was, is and always will be one of my finest memories of those times!

What's one of your tops sweets/candies when you were growing up? Or still love?

It's almost officially October and Autumn is upon us. 

Quite suiting for an Autumn post I think!

Here are some of my fave things about the Autumn season:

Being able to watch more films when I have the free time

Rainy days, but not downpours

Knowing Halloween is on the way even though I don't celebrate it

SEVEN OF MY OMAM FAVOURITE SONGS FOR AUTUMN

Hello everyone,

Music is a perfect conversation starter for many people, wether they be a quiet and a keeps to herself person like me or just loud and obnoxiously arrogant in a great way of course like many of the great friends and people I've had in my life so far.

I knew I've always had an interest in listening to a certain type of music and some people might even say I have an eclectic preference to my music.  But I've often felt a bit restricted to listening to the same artists, bands and tracks over and over, sometimes only for a few weeks or days but also sometimes a month or two (I think the longest time that I have listened to the same song on repeat was probably two months).

This time however I have been on YouTube a lot and thanks to the help of YouTube and the playlist feature people have I have been creating my own, broadening my knowledge on music I already love and like as well as creating my own niche!

 I think thats a thing?, if its not I don't care I've made it one!

Although I've only chosen 7 it was incredibly hard to choose between them all, there are so many that I love.

Also who likes my new Autumnal blog, I have might also have one in mind fro Christmas when it comes around, what do you all think?

WELCOME BACK!

Hello and a big Welcome Back!

Well its been a long tome since I've written a post for you guys and girls, its been a few months I think... *a disappointed shake of the head and an acceptance sigh*!

It has suddenly dawned on me that I have had this blog for a year and four months, long time eh?
And that I think many people have been thinking the same thing about my blog, and that there really hasn't been anything new to get drawn into.   To be quite honest with you all I think its one of those things that I go through phases of loving and wanting to do more with then sometimes I just don't really know what to do to it so I leave it for a bit, sometimes thats longer than I would really like to! But hey, I have other things that need my attention and focus more. Like a college course and work that needs to be completed. (And a life away from this blog!)  

Its very easy to put a lot of effort into one thing, and one falls behind without even really noticing! (funny that..)  which as time went on, meant that this blog became more and more neglected and tired looking. sorry again for that..
