RECENT PURCHASES (PT. 2)

Hello everyone, 

Just a couple of things today when I took a trip into town and only had time for a look around one store before they closed for the day.  I can only apologise for the horriffic quality of these pictures they are spare of the moment ones I have been a little pushed for time over the past week or so. 

Here's what I bought in that time: 

- Military style boots from Primark are £18 -

On the way home had to have a boost of caffeine so picked up a Caramel Macchiato, one of my fave on-the-go drinks!

Just a short one today, while I was in Tesco today I thought i'd have a look down the make-up isles, here's what I found to add to the collection of 3 (including these two)! I also have a Maybelline New York - Colour show All Access NY black and blue graffiti one (top coat) which is similar to the white and black one pictured below.

SATURDAY 3RD OCTOBER! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

Hello everyone, 

Here's just a small snapshot of my day today... my lunch.

My yummy lunch today while taking a break from doing a bit of shopping. 

BLT sandwiches one of my all time faves,

 tropical vitamin c boost smoothie, 

and a small slice of coffee and walnut cake. 

Brother's lovely chocolate cake, although he's not much of a white chocolate fan. (Well that's mine!)

Mum's lovely tea... can't remember the name of it though?? 

 Trip to Costa after a little more shopping in town today. A lovely- ish watermelon 🍉 and strawberry 🍓 ice drink! (... Smoothie! ...)

 

Yummy! Kebab for dinner tonight! The best!

ONE OF MY FAVOURITE SWEETS

Hello everyone, 

Well tonight I'm sitting down on my laptop browsing the web like one does, drinking a warm sweet cup of tea and I find myself needing something sweet so what do I naturally do? I go out into the kitchen raiding the cupboards and the bread-bin looking for something sweet and what do I find .... the answer, an opened pack of Werther's Originals! This had been a huge part of my sweets tops when I was younger, I remember that my mum, mostly, and other relatives used to buy these for my Granddad so I always had "a few" while I was at his! (I love these so much! Where have they been since then?) 

I can safely say that this was, is and always will be one of my finest memories of those times!

AUTUMN

Hello everyone,

It's almost officially October and Autumn is upon us. 

Quite suiting for an Autumn post I think!

Here are some of my fave things about the Autumn season:

Caramel being in season

The idea of Christmas soon approaching 

Evenings getting darker 

Cosy socks 

Being able to watch more films when I have the free time

Rainy days, but not downpours

Knowing Halloween is on the way even though I don't celebrate it

SEVEN OF MY OMAM FAVOURITE SONGS FOR AUTUMN

Hello everyone,

Music is a perfect conversation starter for many people, wether they be a quiet and a keeps to herself person like me or just loud and obnoxiously arrogant in a great way of course like many of the great friends and people I've had in my life so far.

I knew I've always had an interest in listening to a certain type of music and some people might even say I have an eclectic preference to my music.  But I've often felt a bit restricted to listening to the same artists, bands and tracks over and over, sometimes only for a few weeks or days but also sometimes a month or two (I think the longest time that I have listened to the same song on repeat was probably two months).

This time however I have been on YouTube a lot and thanks to the help of YouTube and the playlist feature people have I have been creating my own, broadening my knowledge on music I already love and like as well as creating my own niche!

 I think thats a thing?, if its not I don't care I've made it one!

Although I've only chosen 7 it was incredibly hard to choose between them all, there are so many that I love.

Also who likes my new Autumnal blog, I have might also have one in mind fro Christmas when it comes around, what do you all think?

WELCOME BACK!

Hello and a big Welcome Back!

Well its been a long tome since I've written a post for you guys and girls, its been a few months I think... *a disappointed shake of the head and an acceptance sigh*!

It has suddenly dawned on me that I have had this blog for a year and four months, long time eh?
And that I think many people have been thinking the same thing about my blog, and that there really hasn't been anything new to get drawn into.   To be quite honest with you all I think its one of those things that I go through phases of loving and wanting to do more with then sometimes I just don't really know what to do to it so I leave it for a bit, sometimes thats longer than I would really like to! But hey, I have other things that need my attention and focus more. Like a college course and work that needs to be completed. (And a life away from this blog!)  

Its very easy to put a lot of effort into one thing, and one falls behind without even really noticing! (funny that..)  which as time went on, meant that this blog became more and more neglected and tired looking. sorry again for that..

College Inspired Shopping Trip

Well hello Whoniverse, well this post is a tomboy fashion post based on me starting college in a week or so,...  in Watford,- and my brother going back to school tomorrow, so yesterday my mum and I went late night shopping that was also in Watford, Tesco to be precise and the pictures below are the new boots that I now have, and I must say that I love them! My brother and mum also have new bikes, there's a few pictures of them below:

Well recently I've been looking at my stats and the audience page on my blog settings and as I've realised that I've had views in many, many different countries, some I hadn't even realised would be able to see my blog.  

But, then again everyone has some sort of internet and WI-FI connection these days. So I guess it's not surprising that I have views in India, the Netherlands, Russia, Slovenia, the UK, the US, France, Ireland, Germany, Poland, the Ukraine and Canada. But as peoples minds work uniquely because we all are and the searches that people make, we can never really be sure who has seen anything we post or is seeing it now ... creepy huh?

Well anyway I hope there's a lot of success for you all whoever you are, where ever you are in the world or whether you have a website, a blog or an author with a published book or two!

Well as everyone knows today is Christmas eve, where all parents around the world are wrapping presents and putting them under the tree's and here at the smith house most all the presies are wrapped and ready, but right now I'm at a friends with the family!

When it comes to buying Christmas presents...

Well hello all! (I'm not going to say Whoniverse this time because this post is to all who wants to read it!)

No matter what year it is, whether you've had a great year or bad year when buying the Christmas presents there's always difficult to get for people and this year, for me it's my dad! There are many different types of people at Christmas, there's the: mums and parents who rush around last minute, the ever so careful about what they get shoppers, the present must be perfect and suit who it's bought for present, the there's a random jokey gift giver, there's the family member who buys for everyone! And there's a hell of a lot more!

Keeping Up With College Assignments And Shows

Hello Whoniverse, me again and I'm here after being away for a while, sorry!

There are always a few times throughout college and high school where some of us know that we need a break from it all, that we think, or subconsciously think that the teachers know that your on the point of a meltdown and yet they pile more work onto the already huge and mountainous workload! To any teachers who happen to be reading this, this is a plee of warning from all us snowed under students! Please give us a break of work for at least a week while we regather our teathers, thoughts and strength!!!!!!!! It would be much appreciated!

In some cases It's unfortunate for me as I'm studying a performing arts course in technical theatre, which by the way includes a lot of highly strung performers, dancers and actors. Who often put the blame on the 'techies', all part of the job / role for me might I add! Who, of which are the bases of the shows without techies there is no lighting,  no sound,  no directions and no script for them to know their lines and cues. Basicaly techies hold the power to make their lives easy or hard as hell.

1st Actual Day At College

Well this is only a quick update on my life at the moment and... Well before I get too excited about my 1st day at college I took a trip into Watford, planning my route and doing a quick trip so that I know the way and also, a little later did a shopping trip as well as running a few small errands and among that I would like to show you all my new college bag and two new jumpers from today!! (The photos of the jumpers will also be on the tomboy fashion page possibly with a comment!)
